To edit a copy of the file just click on the form name. For some the file will automatically open; for others it may ask if you want to open it or save it. Choose which option you like. To save your edits after you are done, choose Save As out of the File menu and choose a location. These are Microsoft Excel files, so if you want to open them again, just go to Excel and open the file. (If you want to just download the file, right click on it and choose Save Target As...)
