NorthStar Services has provided services in the South
Sioux city area since 1975. We currently provide support services
in multiple locations throughout the area.
In partnership with each person, we provide the supports
that each individual desires to assist him/her in fulfilling dreams
and meeting life goals. We define success as the quality of life
each person attains while receiving our services.
These services include:
• Supporting individuals in developing life plans
• Community living supports
• Integration into the community of choice
• Support in building community relationships and social networks
• Supported volunteer activities
• Career planning
• Supported employment
• Health supports
We tailor services to each individual so that together,
with family and friends, we help provide the circle of support each
person desires.
