NorthStar Services Norfolk, located at 312 North 7th Street, has been serving individuals in Norfolk and Northeast Nebraska since 1974. They presently serve 60 people, striving to help them reach their goals, with nearly 100 staff supporting them in reaching those goals.

The agency has an organization called the “A-Team”, made up of employees and individuals who meet monthly with the sole purpose of reviewing the supports and services the agency provides. They make suggestions and recommendations on ways the agency can improve on supports and services to see that the best is provided to both individuals and staff.

Individuals who receive supports from Northstar – Norfolk live in their own homes or apartments, family homes, nursing homes, or in group homes with 24 hour support from staff.
